Our best guess for fabric is cotton. All CUB clothing pieces are made from vintage fabric, therefore exact fabric type is unknown. These fabrics are dead stock material so once a size is out of stock, it likely won't be restocked. 

Approximate measurements - Small: 26-30" elastic waist, 42" hip, 14" rise, 23" waist to bottom hem

Medium: 28-32" elastic waist, 44" hip, 14" rise, 24" waist to bottom hem

Large: 30-34" elastic waist, 46" hip, 14" rise, 24" waist to bottom hem

Extra large: 32-36" elastic waist, 48" hip, 14" rise, 24" waist to bottom hem
